School starts at 9am and ends at 6+pm.
Projects deadlines are near.
Final exam is coming.

So went for this Microsoft Partnership briefing today.
There's only 11 people that got selected, from BA School .__.
Really reluctant to go at first, but still went in the end.
So yup, start off with self-introduction.
Have to say what things you are good at, and need relate to IT also.
Seriously can't think of what i'm good at, so i just said i like programming, mainly web designs and doing html coding.
Then he asked if i had any work i can show him...i was like...."No...."..... -__-'''
OTL OTL. Gone case. LOL.
After that he told us how the Microsoft interview is going to be like....and it was..BLOODY SCARY OMG.
STRESSED.STRESSED.STRESSED.STRESSED.STRESSED.STRESSED.STRESSED.STRESSED.
He said they will ask you questions like "What do you think you can contribute to the company? and "What can you contribute to the company?".
OMG. I TELL YOU I GONNA STONE DOWN THERE.
Then they will ask you many complicated and need-to-use-your-brain-and-think-like-hell kind of questions.
SOMEMORE IS ON THE SPOT.
Can i give up LOL.

Got really demoralized.
But then when he said that if you get chosen, you can have FREE MICROSOFT SOFTWARES, LIKE THE LATEST WINDOWS 7 PROFESSIONAL/HOME EDITION/PREMIUM WHATEVER OS, AS WELL AS 2011 MICROSOFT OFFICE PACKAGE AND ETC ETC, WHICH COSTS SUPER BLOODY EXPENSIVE OUTSIDE.
My eyes sparkle.
Then he said that he had a colleague/friend who got recruited into Microsoft after she graduated AND SHE WAS POSTED TO JAPAN TO WORK.
My eyes sparkle again.
Finally, he said that we will most likely be divided into three major groups, which are the marketing side, technical side, or the design side.
WAIT DID I JUST HEARD DESIGN.
My eyes sparkle like mad.
LOL.

Moving on. He wanted to test our teamwork. So he gave us a question.
"You are given Windows 7 phone and Microsoft Kinect, and you only had a budget of $50, how are you going to make an impact on Ngee Ann students?"
Which in short means, how are you going to promote these two products with only $50.
So we are given 30 min to think of a creative idea, and then present to the rest.
OMG WHY AM I CRACKING MY BRAIN THINKING OF IDEAS AND DOING PRESENTATION WHEN ITS A BRIEFING.
I really wanted to apologize to my team, because i seriously failed at generating ideas. I didn't even thought of one LOL.
This showed that my marketing skill is total shit.
So even though he said our idea was not bad, but i could see that its kinda obvious ours the lousiest OTL.
Yup, so this is our briefing cum first round of selection.
He will choose those he think has potential to go for the REAL MICROSOFT INTERVIEW, WHICH IS AT MICROSOFT COMPANY OH MY GOODNESS.
Although i hope i can get selected for this round, i really dun wan to go for the actual interview lolololol.
SCARY SHIT PLEASE.
And somemore, need to prepare your portfolio, dig out all your certificates and research on ALL microsoft products because they gonna ask you lots of questions on it.
I feel more stressed than final exams really.
And right, if you get chosen by Microsoft, you will need to go to Microsoft company for meeting EVERY MONTH.

Okay so this sums up the whole thing.
Stressed like mad LOL.
So if i didn't pass the first round of selection....it's a good thing also LOL. Then no need be so stressed .__.

I think...i will high likely NOT gonna even passed the first round OTL.

Oh and did i mention this, he said that a girl cried in the middle of the Microsoft interview because its too stressed and scary..............................................................................................................................................................
